Grace Montessori School Enrollment
A Montessori education is a unique educational experience built upon a relationship of trust and respect. We have open enrollment most of the school year. Parents are invited to visit our school as part of our enrollment process. Please call the office at 610-435-4060 to schedule a tour.
We offer a Sibling Discount of 10%.
Toddlers have the option of 5 days or partial week enrollment based on availability.
A non-refundable fee of $75 is due when application is submitted. Returning families pay a $50 re-enrollment fee annually.
Children 3 years and older must be fully toilet trained.
We have an optional Orientation Week (for new students, prior to start of school year) at an additional fee.
A non-refundable deposit of one month's tuition is due upon signing contract which will be applied to the last month's tuition.
After deposit is paid, semester payments are due August 1 (covers Sept.-Dec.) and December 1 (covers Jan.-May) or, after deposit is paid, monthly payments are paid over a nine month period. A monthly bookkeeping fee of $10.00 per family is included in the monthly tuition schedule. Monthly payments are due one month in advance, on the first day of each month.
Tuition includes activity fees for field trips.
Contracts signed after the start of school will be charged on a pro-rated basis. Enrollment from the 1st of the month to the 15th will stipulate paying tuition for that entire month. Enrollment after the 15th will stipulate paying tuition for half of that month and for all the remainder of the school year.
Previous enrollment does not guarantee acceptance for enrollment in subsequent years.
Parents who need assistance with tuition are invited to inquire about our scholarship program. If you qualify for subsidy child care through CCIS, you must first apply for these funds by visiting the PA Department of Human Services website and insert Child Care Works in the search box for subsidy information.
Those who qualify for private scholarship would have income at or below HUD Low and Moderate income guidelines. These guidelines change slightly each year. Please contact the office for more specific information.
First priority is given to families of children living in the HUD Focus Area of Allentown. Priority is also given to children applying before the Kindergarten year since the Montessori system of education is most beneficial to children attending two to three years.
