Members of the Vestry (Board of Directors) of Grace Episcopal Church, the owner of the school, serve as the Board of Directors of Grace Montessori School.
There are two parent committees of the Board of Directors; the Parent Advisory Committee, which meets regularly with the Execuive Director and Program Director, and the Capital Campaign Committee, which meets with the Executive Director to raise funds for and implement the school's expansion plans.
