Beth Hoffman Reed The Rev. Beth Hoffman Reed is the priest-in-charge of Grace Episcopal Church and serves as the chaplain for the Elementary program’s inter-faith chapel. Having received a bachelor’s degree in Theology from De Sales University and a master’s degree in Liturgical Studies from Catholic University, The Rev. Reed worked previously for six years as an editor of Liturgical Training Publications. When she served as Assistant Rector of Grace Episcopal Church, during the 2010-2011 school year, The Rev. Reed worked also as an assistant teacher in our primary school.
Nellie Gershtein joins us for a second year as our music teacher in our Elementary program. She has over 20 years of experience teaching music to children of all ages. Nellie continues to teach at many area schools.
Paula Tepedino is a registered yoga teacher and is certified through the Kripalu Institute and Integrative Yoga Therapy at the advanced level. She has been studying yoga and meditation for over 35 years, is an Ayurveda Practitioner and has trained over 150 people to become a yoga teachers themselves. She brings her love of joy and peace into her classes.
Patricia Terreros is our Spanish teacher. She brings with her a solid background in education both here in the US and abroad, and has a master’s in education in both Reading and Tesol as well as a bachelor’s in Education and Spanish.
Anita Vincent was introduced to the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd in early 2004 with her reading of Sofia Cavalletti's Religious Potential of the child. She teaches the Atrium program in our Primary program and is certified as Level I and Level II Catechist. Anita also teaches the traditional Montessori work of knitting in the Elementary program. Introduced to knitting when in 5th grade, as part of a home science project in school, she has since honed her technique and now designs her own garments.
